Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing our APIs, integrating our SDK, or otherwise using the SparkGallop AI Ad-Tech platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Service Description and License
SparkGallop AI provides a traffic aggregation and monetization platform. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:
- Integrate the SparkGallop SDK into your mobile applications.
- Access the SparkGallop Dashboard for real-time reporting and yield management.
- Utilize our API for automated Ads.txt management.
3. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud
To maintain the integrity of our Ad Exchange partners (such as Google, AppLovin, Meta), you strictly agree NOT to:
- Generate fraudulent impressions, clicks, or conversions through automated bots, scripts, or emulators.
- Incentivize users to click on ads unless explicitly using permitted "Rewarded Video" formats.
- Integrate the SDK into applications containing illegal, explicit, highly violent, or copyright-infringing content.
Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending payouts.
4. Payment and Settlement Terms
SparkGallop AI operates on a standard Net-30 settlement cycle. Payments are calculated based on the finalized reporting from our demand partners after traffic scrubbing. We support payouts via Wire Transfer, PayPal, and approved digital assets, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100 USD. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and wire fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
SparkGallop AI provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific eCPM rates, or 100% fill rates. In no event shall SparkGallop AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our SDK or APIs.
